Kia Sorento Ski Gondola concept, un todocamino sobre orugas para nieve

There are several prototypes equipped with tracks for snow that we have seen in the last few years, including the Ford Raptor Trax Ken Block or the Nissan Juke Nismo RSnow. The last of this species so particular is called the Ski Gondola, has just been presented at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, is based on the todocamino Kia Sorento and it is the work of Lux Motorwerks.

Designed to conquer almost any terrain and function in the snow like a fish in the water, this Ski Gondola resort to rubber tracks, but perhaps most curious of all is that he gets in the car driving, autonomous (or nearly so), since it can be driven remotely -such as a cable, to which it owes its name-through a tablet.

The interior, featuring leather of black color with details in tone narajna, shows that there is no need of driver with the two front seats mounted in the reverse direction to the up -faced to the rear. In addition, to facilitate the access has been removed the B-pillar and the rear doors are now opening for suicidal.

As it is designed for athletes of snow, the ground is lined in rubber, so as not to soak it all upon returning to the vehicle after a day of skiing or snowboarding. Add to that a roof rack the roof for the equipment of this type of sports, as well as exterior lighting additional LED or video cameras that replace rear-view mirrors are classic.
