Fame, influence, about a lighthouse... How the French see the World of the Automobile 3 weeks of the kick-off ? Answer...


What is the relationship between the French and the World of the Automobile ? While the kick-off event is planned in 3 weeks, the Observatoire Cetelem has addressed the issue. During its investigation, 26% of those surveyed* said that the World is the parisian salon which has the highest international reputation after agriculture (46%).
But if he remains a must-see event, the survey is also interested in the influence of the show and about a lighthouse that draws on the discussions during the edition of 2016.

The star ? The car with "0 emission"

The electric car seems to have the wind in their sails this year. 34% of the French think that it will be THE topic of the show prior to those of the connected car (27%) and the autonomous car (25%). The height of this investigation, the new models presented would be of interest only 11% of those questioned, while it is an avalanche of novelties that awaits the visitors of the 1st to the 16th October 2016 !
As a reminder, in the pavilion 3, the manufacturers will offer to test their new models, electric or hybrid. The program ? A tour -free of charge - at the wheel of a car "clean" in (and outside) the walls of the living room.
The living room is also the opportunity to discover a part of the catalogue automotive manufacturers. Thus, 17% of the respondents would allow themselves to be seduced by the craze of the show to buy a new car. It prevents only 50% of the French prefer to rinse the eye rather than put your hand in your wallet...
