The Swedish brand confirms the Volvo V90 Cross Country

Volvo continues its strong offensive products, all of them much more technology and adapted to the new needs of potential customers of the brand. In addition, they incorporate a new design language which is characterised to the naked eye, highlighting the daytime running lights in the form of “hammer of Thor”.

In just a few months, we have known the new todocamino of large size, the Volvo XC90, which was followed by the luxury sedan S90 and, subsequently, the family model V90 that derives from the latter. We already had a contact with both just a few months ago. The next model that the Swedish brand of Premium we will show will be the Volvo V90 Cross Country. A variant of the V90 that raises your height and receives a new overhaul to improve its capabilities off the road.

2016 marks 20 years since Volvo launched the first Cross Country (Volvo V70 Cross Country) and, although, in principle, have seemed all to the contrary, it is certain that these models of body raised and light capabilities offroad would have been profitable to the brand, picking a few good results in terms of sales and satisfaction for the customer is concerned.

It is expected that they will receive a greater free height, protections in the lower body and offer mechanical only available with all-wheel-drive.
