Alejandro Agag has revealed himself as a strong advocate in the fight against climate change. Despite the skepticism that he showed his father-in-law in the past about the problems facing the Earth due to global warming, the son-in-law of the former president of the Government José María Aznar has moved to Greenland to raise global awareness about climate change. "The most effective way of linking climate change and electric cars was to bring a race car to the Arctic, on the ice," said Agag, the founder of the Formula E, Formula 1 electric cars.

The brazilian driver Lucas Di Grassi has driven on the ice, one of the race cars in this competition, fully electric, for a plain ice near the North Pole. Between skids and wheels with nails, the exhibition seeks to raise awareness, according to its organizers, on the harmful effects that have cars of internal combustion on the environment, especially visible in the ever-smaller layers of ice in the Arctic.
