F1 - Wehrlein concludes the testing of tires F1 - Wehrlein a encore testé des slicks

Pascal Wehrlein has yet tested slick tires for the season 2017 Thursday at Paul Ricard. It was travelling in the Mercedes of the season 2015.

Pirelli has continued the testing of tires for the season 2017 this week, with Mercedes on track at Paul Ricard and Ferrari in Barcelona. The two teams have only evaluated slicks.
Testing Ferrari have ended Wednesday, but Pascal Wehrlein was still at the wheel of the Mercedes of the season 2015 this Thursday.
The German completed a total of 63 laps.

The trials will continue until November

The regulation goes a big change in 2017, with more downforce, aerodynamic, and wider tires. Mercedes, Red Bull and Ferrari are the three teams selected for the testing of tires. They have changed the cars used last year to simulate the conditions of the regulation in 2017. Only Ferrari has adopted a rear spoiler, wider, closer to those that will be used the next season.
The teams are testing in the blind, without knowing what are the constructions and compounds evaluated. The data are then shared with their rival, in order to avoid that the three teams in loads of trials to be advantaged.
The trials will continue until the month of November. The next session will begin on 21 September, still with Mercedes at the Paul Ricard, but for tests of rain tires this time.
